The BPAT and CCCS Exam Applications must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the requested exam date.
Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT)
There is one application for the BPAT Hands-On/Practical Exam and the Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Requested Exam Date: Enter the date of the Saturday following the class.

Cross Connection Control Specialist (CCCS)
The CCCS exam is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) exam only.
